自我效能干预联合摄血丸内服治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效及对患者负性情绪的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Self-Efficacy Intervention Combined with Shexue Pill(摄血丸)in Treatment of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura and Its Effect on Patients’Negative Emotion

目的研究探讨自我效能干预联合摄血丸内服治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效及对患者负性情绪的影响。方法选取2019年4月—2021年4月医院收治的96例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组采用摄血丸内服+常规护理干预,观察组采用摄血丸内服联合自我效能干预。对两组患者的临床疗效、血液指标、负性情绪评分、自我效能评分等进行统计比较。结果观察组总有效率为91.67%(44/48),高于对照组患者为72.92%(35/48)(P<0.05)。治疗及干预后观察组患者的血小板计数(PLT)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后观察组患者的自我效能评分包括按时服药、饮食控制、规律锻炼、急症处理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表-14(HAMA-14)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自我效能干预联合摄血丸内服治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效的改善效果良好,能够提高患者的临床疗效和PLT、RBC、Hb水平,提高患者的自我效能感,改善患者不良负性情绪,可临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of self-efficacy intervention combined with Shexue Pill(摄血丸)in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and its effect on patients’negative emotion.Methods A total of 96 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura treated in the hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shexue Pill and routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with Shexue Pill combined with self-efficacy intervention.The clinical efficacy,blood indexes,negative emotion score and self-efficacy score of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%(44/48),which was higher than that[72.92%(35/48)]of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment and intervention,the levels of platelet count(PLT),red blood cell count(RBC)and hemoglobin(HB)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the self-efficacy scores of patients in the observation group,including taking medicine on time,diet control,regular exercise and emergency treatment,were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety Scale-14(HAMA-14)and Hamilton Depression scale-17(HAMD-17)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy intervention combined with Shexue Pill can improve the clinical efficacy,the levels of PLT,RBC and Hb,the self-efficacy and the negative emotions of patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,which can be recommended clinically.
