辨证分型中医护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者肺功能变化和生活质量的影响

Influence of TCM Nursing Intervention Based on Syndrome Differentiation on Changes of Pulmonary Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)

目的探讨辨证分型中医护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者肺功能变化和生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年10月—2019年12月在医院呼吸内科就诊的COPD稳定期患者100例,分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组给予辨证分型中医护理干预,对比较两组干预前后肺功能,两组呼吸困难评分和生活质量。结果干预后,观察组FEV/FVC、FEV预计值均较对照组高;呼吸困难评分低于对照组;CAT评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预措施能够改善COPD患者的肺功能,缓解呼吸困难症状,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of TCM nursing intervention based on syndrome differentiation on the changes of lung function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 100 COPD patients in stable stage in the hospital from October,2018 to December,2019 were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given TCM nursing intervention based on syndrome differentiation.The lung function,dyspnea score and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the predicted values of FEV1/FVC and FEV1in observation group were higher than those in control group.Dyspnea score was lower than that of the control group.CAT score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention can improve the pulmonary function of COPD patients,relieve dyspnea symptoms and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
