A Commentary on the Theoretical and Application Research of the Therapy that Treat Wind First while Treat Blood Stasis

治血先治风理论认为风瘀可互患,在治瘀基础上加用风药以治风,既能祛除风邪,也能增强治瘀之功。经较多医者发挥和利用,融汇了玄府、络脉、风药等理论,成效渐显。所述文献立足其理论与临床,从心脑血管疾病、肝病、肾病、痿病、骨病、妇科疾病等多种疾病应用及现代机制方面进行阐述,以拓宽治瘀思维,用药视角。

The theory which hold the concept that wind should be eliminated first when treating blood stasis,concludes that wind existence with in the blood stasis syndrome,and better effects will be achieved for the use of wind-dispelling drugs and wind-calming drugs in the treatment of blood stasis both for the wind pathogen and blood stasis.After applicaton and innovation by doctors,theories of Xuanfu,Collaterals,Feng drugs have been invovled,following articles mainly introduce the theories and clinical practice in Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,liver diseases,nephropathy,flaccidity,bone diseases,gynecological diseases,as well as its modern medicine mechanism.It enriches the treatment thinking to blood stasis,and provides different perspective of medication.
