生化汤及中药热敷对瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产术后子宫复旧的干预效果观察

Intervention Effect of Shenghua Decoction(生化汤)and Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Compress on Uterine Involution after Cesarean Section of Scar Uterus

目的观察生化汤联合中药热敷对瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产术后子宫复旧的干预效果。方法选取2020年10月—2021年6月医院收治的152例瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产术患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各76例,比较两组产妇产后恶露持续时间、宫底降至脐耻间时间、子宫降入盆腔内时间、产后14 d子宫恢复有效率及产后42 d子宫恢复情况。结果观察组恶露持续时间、宫底降至脐耻间时间及子宫降入盆腔内时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后14 d子宫恢复有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);产后42 d,观察组子宫3个经线之和为短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生化汤联合中药热敷能够促进瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产产妇子宫复旧,效果确切,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the intervention effect of Shenghua Decoction(生化汤)combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress on uterine involution after cesarean section of scar uterus.Methods 152 patients with scar uterus undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from October 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 76 cases in each group.The duration of postpartum lochia,the time when the uterine fundus fell to the umbilicus,the time when the uterus fell into the pelvic cavity,the effective rate of uterine recovery 14 days postpartum and the uterine recovery 42 days postpartum were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of lochia,the time when the uterine fundus fell to the umbilicus and the time when the uterus fell into the pelvic cavity in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05),the effective rate of uterine recovery in the observation group at 14 days postpartum was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);at 42 days postpartum,the sum of the three meridians of the uterus in the observation group shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenghua decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress can promote the involution of uterus of pregnant women with scar uterus and cesarean section again.The effect is accurate and worthy of clinical application.
