中药封包热敷用于儿童胃脘痛寒邪犯胃证的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Hot Compress of Chinese Herbal Medicine Packet on Stomachache Cases with Syndrome of Cold-Evil Invading the Stomach

目的探讨中药封包热敷治疗儿童胃脘痛寒邪犯胃证的临床疗效。方法选择2020年1月—2021年6月医院住院部及门诊收治的胃脘痛126例患儿,随机分为两组。对照组63例给予奥美拉唑肠溶片、克拉霉素片、阿莫西林干预治疗。治疗组63例在对照组的基础上予中药封包热敷治。连续治疗2个疗程。比较两组疼痛评分,胃肠道症状评分、寒邪犯胃证症状评分、Hp根治率以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组VAS和GSRS评分明显降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患儿的寒邪犯胃证症状评分明显降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组的Hp根除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,组间相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西医常规措施的干预基础上,使用中药封包热敷能进一步改善胃脘痛寒邪犯胃证患儿的疼痛、临床症状、中医证候、提高Hp的根除率和临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine package hot compress in the treatment of children with epigastric pain cold evil invading the stomach syndrome.Methods from January 2020 to June 2021,126 children with gastralgia were randomly divided into two groups.63 cases in the control group were treated with omeprazole enteric coated tablets,clarithromycin tablets and amoxicillin.On the basis of the control group,63 cases in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine packet hot compress.Continuous treatment for 2 courses.The scores of pain and gastrointestinal symptoms,symptoms of cold evil invading the stomach,HP radical cure rate and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of vas and GSRS in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The symptom score of cold evil invading the stomach in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The eradication rate of HP in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion on the basis of routine western medicine intervention,the use of traditional Chinese medicine package hot compress can further improve the pain,clinical symptoms,traditional Chines medicine syndromes,HP eradication rate and clinical efficacy of children with stomach pain and cold evil invading the stomach syndrome.
