中医药在乳腺癌保乳术后康复的治疗进展

Progress in the Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Rehabilitation of Breast Cancer Patients after Breast Conserving Surgery

乳腺癌在女性中多发,位居女性恶性肿瘤病死率的首位。中医学认为,乳腺癌的病因是血不利,治疗方案多遵循利水通络、补气生血的理论基础。文章通过近三年来中医药在乳腺癌保乳术后康复的文献进行梳理和总结,包括中医药防治淋巴结水肿并发症,抑制化疗后骨髓抑制,防止术后复发转移。诸多研究表明,中医药在乳腺癌保乳术后促进康复的疗效较好,可提高患者生活质量和生存期。

Breast cancer is more common in women and ranks first in the mortality rate of female malignant tumors.The motherland medicine believes that the cause of breast cancer is unfavorable blood,and the treatment plan mostly follows the theoretical basis of diluting water and dredging collaterals,tonifying qi and generating blood.This article sorts out and summarizes the literature on the rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine after breast conserving breast cancer surgery in the past three years,including the prevention and treatment of lymph node edema complications,inhibition of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy,and prevention of postoperative recurrence and metastasis.Many studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on promoting rehabilitation after breast conserving breast cancer surgery,and can improve the quality of life and survival period of patients.
