调肾活血汤联合艾灸关元穴治疗气虚湿瘀型慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效分析

Study On Tiaoshen Huoxue Decoction(调肾活血汤)Combined With Moxibustion At Guanyuan Point In The Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis of Qi Deficiency And Dampness Stasis Type

目的探讨调肾活血汤联合艾灸关元穴治疗气虚湿瘀型慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)的效果。方法选取2018年3月-2020年4月医院收治的100例CGN患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。两组均行常规对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用艾灸关元穴治疗,观察组采用调肾活血汤联合艾灸关元穴治疗,均连续治疗8周。比较两组临床疗效;治疗前后肾功能指标(血清尿素氮[BUN]、血清肌酐[SCr]、肾小球滤过率[GFR]);记录两组治疗期间不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组BUN、SCr水平均低于治疗前,GFR均高于治疗前,观察组BUN、SCr水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),GFR水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论调肾活血汤联合艾灸关元穴治疗气虚湿瘀型CGN的效果确切,能够改善肾功能指标。

Objective To investigate the effect of Tiaoshen Huoxue Decoction(调肾活血汤)combined with moxibustion at Guanyuan point in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN)of Qi deficiency and dampness stasis type.Methods 100 patients with CGN treated in Department of Nephrology of our hospital from March 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided by a random number table method into a control group and an observation group with 50.Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with moxibustion at Guanyuan point,and the observation group was treated with Tiaoshen Huoxue Decoction combined with moxibustion at Guanyuan point,all patients were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared;before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,the renal function indexes[serum urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),glomerular filtration rate(GFR)]of the two groups were compared;adverse reactions during treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of BUN and Scr in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the GFR was higher than that before treatment,and the levels of BUN and Scr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of GFR was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);during treatment,there was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tiaoshen Huoxue Decoction combined with moxibustion at Guanyuan point has definite effect n the treatment of CGN of qi deficiency and dampness stasis type,which can improve the renal function of patients.
