团体心理治疗对男性精神分裂症患者控烟效果及情绪影响分析

Effect of Group Psychotherapy on Smoking Control and Mood of Male Schizophrenics

目的探究团体心理治疗对男性精神分裂症患者控烟效果及情绪影响分析。方法选取2019年9月-2020年8月纳入的140例住院有吸烟行为的男性精神分裂症患者,按照简单随机数字表法分为对照组(n=70)和观察组(n=70),对照组采用常规药物治疗和精神科护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用团体心理治疗。评估两组心理状态、控烟效果。结果干预前观察组与对照组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)无明显差异(P>0.05),干预1周、2周、4周、8周后两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前观察组与对照组患者尼古丁依赖量表(FTND)评分无明显差异(P>0.05),干预1周、2周、4周、8周后两组FTND评分均降低,且观察组患者FTND评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团队心理治疗男性精神分裂症患者能够有效改善患者的焦虑抑郁的情绪,提高控烟效果。

Objective To explore the effect of group psychotherapy on smoking control and mood of male schizophrenics.Methods Select our hospital between September 2019 and August 2020 into 140 cases of both houses of the district hospital have smoking behavior of male patients with schizophrenia,according to the method of simple random Numbers table is divided into the control group(n=70)and observation group(n=70),the control group using conventional drug therapy and psychiatric nursing,observation group in the control group on the basis of group psychotherapy.The psychological state and smoking control effect of the two groups were evaluated.Results There were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating depression Scale(SDS)between the observation group and the control group before intervention(P>0.05).After 1,2,4 and 8 weeks of intervention,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in FTND scores between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After 1,2,4 and 8 weeks of intervention,FTND scores of the two groups were decreased,and FTND scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Group psychotherapy can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of male schizophrenics and improve the effect of tobacco control.
