复合益生菌喷雾制剂对肉鸡生产性能、免疫功能、鸡舍空气微生物及有害气体的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Compound Probiotics Spray Preparation on Production Performance,Immune Function of Broilers and Air Microorganism and Harmful Gases in House

摘要 试验旨在研究复合益生菌喷雾制剂对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能、鸡舍空气微生物及有害气体的影响。选取15 000只1日龄科宝肉鸡,随机分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复1 500只。试验组喷洒10 mL/m^(2)复合益生菌混合制剂,对照组喷洒相同剂量的清水。试验期42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,鸡舍内喷洒复合益生菌喷雾制剂显著提高肉鸡1~21日龄和1~42日龄平均日增重(P<0.05),显著增加肉鸡胸腺指数、法氏囊指数(P<0.05),提高肉鸡血清中IgA和IgG含量(P<0.05);与对照组相比,肉鸡14日龄时,鸡舍空气中大肠杆菌数量显著降低(P<0.05),14日龄和35日龄时,鸡舍内乳酸杆菌数量显著增加(P<0.05);14日龄和35日龄时,鸡舍空气中氨气、硫化氢含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,鸡舍中喷洒复合益生菌喷雾制剂可以提高肉鸡生长性能、增强免疫功能,降低鸡舍大肠杆菌含量,促进乳酸杆菌增殖并改善鸡舍空气质量。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of compound probiotics spray preparation on production performance, immune function of broilers and air microorganisms and harmful gases in house. Fifteen thousand one-day-age Cobb broilers were randomly divided into 2 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 1 500 broilers in each replicate. The experiment group was treated with 10 mL/m^(2) compound probiotics spray preparation and the control group was treated with the same dose of water. The experiment lasted for 42 d. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group, spraying compound probiotics spray preparation in the chicken house significantly increased the average daily gain of broilers at 1 to 21 days of age and 1 to 42 days of age(P<0.05), significantly increased thymus index and Bursa of Fabricius index(P<0.05), increased the contents of IgA and IgG in serum(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the number of Escherichia coli in the air at 14 days of age was significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the number of Lactobacillus in the air at 14 and 35 days of age was significantly increased(P<0.05). At 14 and 35 days of age, the contents of ammonia gas and hydrogen sulfide in the air in house were significantly decreased(P<0.05). In conclusion, spraying compound probiotics spray preparation in chicken house could improve the growth performance, enhance immune function, reduce the content of Escherichia coli, promote the proliferation of Lactobacillus and improve the air quality of chicken houses.
