水线添加微酸性电解水对饮水水质、蛋鸡生产性能和鸡蛋品质影响 被引量:1

Effect of Adding Slightly Acidic Electrolyzed Water to Water Line on Drinking Water Quality, Layer Production Performance and Egg Quality

摘要 试验旨在研究蛋鸡舍水线添加微酸性电解水对饮水水质、蛋鸡生产性能和鸡蛋品质的影响。试验选取1 200只161日龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡,随机分成2组,每组3个重复,每个重复200只。对照组饮用自来水,试验组饮用有效氯浓度为0.3 mg/L的微酸性电解水,试验周期为10周。结果显示:水线中添加有效氯浓度为0.3 mg/L微酸性电解水能显著降低饮水中菌落总数(P<0.05),添加72 h后菌落总数达到《GB 5749—2006生活饮用水卫生标准》要求;与对照组相比,饮用微酸性电解水能够显著降低蛋鸡的死淘率(P<0.05),蛋鸡饮用微酸性电解水能够显著增加蛋壳厚度(P<0.05),但对鸡蛋平均蛋重、蛋壳强度、蛋形指数、蛋黄重量、哈氏单位、鸡蛋能量、蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,蛋鸡水线中添加有效氯浓度为0.3 mg/L微酸性电解水能显著降低饮水中菌落总数,添加72 h菌落总数达到国家饮用水水质标准要求,对蛋鸡生产性能无不良影响,且显著降低死淘率,增加蛋壳厚度。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of adding slightly acidic electrolyzed water to the water line of layer houses on drinking water quality, layer production performance and egg quality. In the experiment, 1 200 161-day-age Hy-Line Brown commercial laying hens were randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 replicates, each replicates with 200 layers.Layers in control group drank tap water, while those in experimental group drank slightly acidic electrolyzed water with effective chlorine concentration of 0.3 mg/L. The test period was 10 weeks. The results showed that the addition of 0.3 mg/L slightly acidic electrolyzed water in the water line could significantly reduce the total number of bacterial colonies in drinking water(P<0.05),and the total number of bacterial colonies reached the requirements of GB 5749—2006 Standards for drinking water quality after 72 hours;Compared with the control group, drinking slightly acidic electrolyzed water could significantly reduce the death rate of laying hens(P<0.05), and reduce the average daily water consumption, daily feed intake and feed-to-egg ratio of laying hens, but the differences were not significant(P>0.05);Drinking slightly acidic electrolyzed water for laying hens could significantly increase the thickness of eggshells(P<0.05), but had no significant effect on the average egg weight, eggshell strength, egg shape index, egg yolk weight, Haugh unit, egg energy content, protein content, fat content and carbohydrate content(P>0.05). This research could provide a reference for the application of slightly acidic electrolyzed water in waterline disinfection of layer farms. To sum up, the total number of colonies in drinking water was significantly reduced after adding 0.3 mg/l of slightly acidic electrolyzed water to the water line, and it met the requirements of drinking water hygiene standards after 72 hours. Adding slightly acidic electrolyzed water to drinking water had no adverse effect on the production performance of laying hens, and it can significantly reduce the dead panning rate and increase the thickness of eggshell.
