旋风分离器内湿蒸汽两相流动分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于旋风分离器的分离原理,建立离散相数值模型,利用FLUENT软件模拟液滴在旋风分离器中的轨迹,并比较分离效率。结果表明:小粒径的液滴对气流的追随性较好,会从排汽口排出,分离效率较低;临界粒径的液滴会在离心力的作用下被甩向壁面从而被分离出来。由于流动的复杂性,旋风分离器内部容易出现二次流,通过合理设计旋风分离器的结构,可以有效提高分离效率。 In the separation principle of the cyclone separator,the discrete phase numerical model was established.The droplets track in the separator was simulated by FLUENT software,and the separation efficiency was also compared.The results show that the small size droplets has excellent tracing ability,will be discharged from the exhaust port,and has low separation efficiency.The critical size droplets will be dumped to the wall and separated in the centrifugal force.Due to the complexity of the flow,the secondary flow is easy to occur.The separation efficiency will be improved by reasonably designing the cyclone separator structure.
