国产600 MW机组汽动给水泵前置泵泵壳改造

摘要 某电厂汽动给水泵前置泵在运行期间经常出现泵壳中分面易泄漏的问题,针对前置泵的形式和材料进行分析讨论,同时对前置泵进行相应的改造。结果表明:改造后前置泵运行情况良好,未出现泄漏现象,并且性能有所提高,可以为有同类型前置泵的电厂提供参考。 To solve the problem that the leakage occurred frequently in the middle plane of the booster pump of the steam turbine-driven feedwater pump in a power plant during operation,analyses and discussions were conducted on the structure and material of the booster pump,and corresponding measures were carried out for the booster pump.Results show that after retrofitting,the booster pump can operate in a good condition and without leakage,while the performance of the booster pump is improved.This may serve as a reference for power plants with similar booster pumps.
