新发展格局背景下黑龙江省乡村振兴的路径探究

On the Path of Rural Revitalization in Heilongjiang Province under the Background of New Development Pattern

新发展格局下金融支持在助推农村经济发展并实现乡村振兴中发挥着重要作用,黑龙江省金融在助推乡村振兴过程中还存在着农村金融机构数量少、金融服务模式单一等问题。乡村振兴的实践中,提出优化农村政策环境、创新金融产品、积极推进金融服务体系的改革完善等途径,助力黑龙江省农村经济发展,实现乡村振兴。

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee deliberated and adopted the proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 14th five-year plan for national economic and social development and the long-term objectives for 2035,which made an overall deployment for giving priority to the development of agricultural villages and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization in the new development stage,and pointed out the direction for the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"at present and in the future.The law on the promotion of Rural Revitalization clearly requires that"policy financial institutions should provide credit support and other financial services for Rural Revitalization within their business scope,and increase their support for Rural Revitalization".Financial support plays an important role in boosting rural economic development and realizing rural revitalization.In promoting the implementation of rural revitalization,there are still some difficulties in Heilongjiang Province,such as the small number of rural financial institutions,the poor economic foundation in rural areas,the single financial service model and so on.In the practice of Rural Revitalization in Heilongjiang Province,we should standardize the rural policy environment,innovate financial products and actively promote the reform and improvement of the financial service system to help the rural economic development and realize rural revitalization in Heilongjiang Province.
