合规管理是企业稳健发展的重要基础。企业既要在本土经营时强化合规管理,亦应在国际化经营、“走出去”时将合规管理作为“通行证”和“保险绳”。新时代背景下,企业宜以先进合规理念为引领,构建内外一体、管控严格、运行有序的合规管理体系。同时企业在合规管理体系建设过程中应摆脱形式主义、走向实质有效的合规体系运行管理,以专业化的法律合规管理机制为支撑、以合规风险预防为导向,构建以合规风险识别、预警、应对、防范为重点的行之有效的合规管理运行机制。

Compliance management is an important foundation for the steady development of enterprises.Enterprises should not only strengthen compliance management in local operation,but also take compliance management as"pass"and"safety rope"in international operation and"going out".Under the background of the new era,enterprises should be guided by advanced compliance concepts and build a compliance management system with internal and external integration,strict control and orderly operation.At the same time,enterprises in the process of compliance management system construction should be free from formalism and to the real effective compliance systems operation and management,supported by the specialized legal compliance management mechanism,compliance risk prevention oriented,build in compliance risk identification,early warning,to prevent,deal with effective compliance management,with emphasis on the operation mechanism.
