摘要
GIS设备因其外壳尺寸厚大、内部结构复杂以及全封闭性等特点,各类潜伏性缺陷准确预警难度大,成为输变电设备运维领域的突出难题。现有各类检测技术存在短板不一,应对突发性或潜伏性缺陷的效果欠佳。文中提出了一种基于局部放电检测与X射线成像的GIS缺陷联合诊断方法,利用局放检测手段对GIS缺陷进行筛查,并采用X射线成像技术对各类缺陷进行准确定性、定位。利用该方法累计成功定位42处在役GIS设备的缺陷及异常,有效提高了GIS缺陷的检出率与准确率,取得了良好的应用成效。
GIS equipment has become a prominent problem in the field of operation and maintenance of power trans-mission and distribution equipment due to difficult accurate warning of latent defects because of its thick and large size of enclosure,complex internal structure and fully enclosed structure.The existing various detection technologies have different shortcomings,and the effect of dealing with sudden or latent defects is not perfect.In this paper,a joint diagnosis method of GIS defects based on partial discharge detection and X-ray imaging is proposed in this pa-per.GIS defects are screened by means of partial discharge detection and all kinds of defects are accurately identi-fied and located by X-ray imaging technology.The use of this method to locate successfully and cumulatively 42 plac-es of defect and abnormality of the operated GIS equipment,the detection rate and accuracy of GIS defects are effec-tively improved and good application results are obtained.
