凉血活血解毒汤治疗鼻咽癌放射性皮炎临床观察

Efficacy observation of Liangxue Huoxue Jiedu decoction on radiodermatitis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的:观察凉血活血解毒汤治疗鼻咽癌放射性皮炎临床疗效。方法:选取鼻咽癌放射性皮炎血热毒盛证患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。对照组予康复新液外敷,治疗组在对照组基础上予凉血活血解毒汤煎服,疗程均为2个月。结果:治疗组总有效率96.43%高于对照组的79.31%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分、中医证候积分血清TNF-α、IL-6水平较治疗前降低,且治疗组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:凉血活血解毒汤联合康复新液治疗鼻咽癌放射性皮炎可以缓解疼痛,改善皮炎症状,降低中医证候积分、血清TNF-α、IL-6炎症水平,提高疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liangxue Huoxue Jiedu decoction on radiodermatitis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods:60 cases of selected patients with radiodermatitis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and syndrome of blood-heat and rampant poison were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with externally applied Kangfuxin liquid, while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Liangxue Huoxue Jiedu decoction on the basis of control group. The course of treatment was 2 months.Results:The total effective rate was 96.43% in the treatment group,higher than 79.31% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment in both groups, VAS scores,TCM syndrome scores, and levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 were lower than before treatment, and the treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Liangxue Huoxue Jiedu decoction and Kangfuxin liquid for treatment of radiodermatitis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma can alleviate the pain, improve the symptoms of dermatitis, reduce TCM syndrome score, and decrease the inflammation levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6, and enhance the curative effect.
