杜仲腰康合剂治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床观察

Efficacy observation of Duzhong Yaokang mixture on lumbodorsal myofascitis

目的:观察杜仲腰康合剂治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选取62例腰背肌筋膜炎患者,随机分为两组各31例。治疗组予杜仲腰康合剂,对照组予洛索洛芬钠片;两组均治疗2周。通过观察两组治疗前后Oswestry功能障碍评分、VAS评分变化,综合比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为75.86%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的ODI、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:杜仲腰康合剂治疗腰背肌筋膜炎有效,可以缓解腰背部疼痛,有助于提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Duzhong Yaokang mixture on lumbodorsal myofascitis.Methods:62 cases of selected patients with lumbodorsal myofascitis were randomly divided into two groups, 31 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral Duzhong Yaokang mixture, while the control group was treated with oral loxoprofen sodium tablets. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The changes of Oswestry dysfunction score and VAS score were observed in two groups before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups comprehensively. Results:The total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group and 75.86% in control group, and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). ODI and VAS scores of treatment group were lower than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Duzhong Yaokang mixture is effective on lumbodorsal myofasciitis, which can alleviate lumbodorsal pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
