摘要
乡村振兴背景下推进民族地区教师队伍建设,有助于推动民族地区教育的高质量发展、提升民族地区学生的综合素质、促进民族地区教师的专业发展、推动中华民族文化的互鉴共融。通过对四川凉山彝族自治州的37所中小学校的调研,发现当地仍存在师资队伍总量不足、教学质量不高、专业发展受限等问题,一定程度上影响着民族地区教育的高质量发展和乡村振兴的持续推进。基于此,迫切需要加大民族地区教师职业供给、加强教师职业保障、完善教师职业发展、提升教师特殊素养,确保教师“引得来、留得住、教得好、育得佳”。
Under the backdrop of rural revitalization, promoting the team construction of teachers in ethnic areas is helpful to promote the high-quality development of education in ethnic areas, improve the comprehensive quality of students in ethnic areas, promote the professional development of teachers in ethnic areas, and promote the exchanging learning and integration of Chinese national culture.Through the investigation of 37 primary and secondary schools in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, the article found that there are local problems such as insufficient number of teachers, substandard teaching quality and professional development restrictions, which partly affect the high-quality development of education and the continuous promotion of rural revitalization in ethnic areas.Therefore, it is urgently needed to increase the professional supply of teachers in ethnic areas, strengthen the professional security of teachers, improve the professional development of teachers, and enhance the special quality of teachers, so as to ensure that teachers can “be attracted, stay for long, teach well and educate well”in the region.
