民族院校法学双线教学BOPPPS模型建构 被引量:3

Construction of BOPPPS Model for Double-Channel Teaching of Law in Ethnic Colleges and Universities

摘要 伴随着在线课程的蓬勃发展,教育信息化逐渐成为现代教育的基本内涵和显著特征。疫情期间大规模的在线教学演习为高校教学提供了丰富经验,也坚定了人们对“线上+线下”混合式双线教学的需求和信心。后疫情时代的高校在线教学从“应急”逐步转向“常态”,双线教学凭借其融合信息技术和教学技术的独特优势,将在未来的法学教育中占据一席之地。建构起法学双线教学系统的BOPPPS模型是打造高品质法学课程的基础和关键,也是实现法学教育信息化的必经之路。该模型在民族院校法学线上教学实践中取得了良好效果,可以广泛适用于所有法学课程。为了实现双线的有机融合,民族院校的法学教育还需要从教学理念、教学策略、教学目标等方面做出持续的探索和创新。 With the vigorous development of online courses, educational informatization has gradually become the basic connotation and prominent feature of modern education. Large-scale online teaching exercises during the pandemic period has provided rich experience for teaching, and the shortcomings exposed also have strengthened people’s demand and confidence in the double-channel teaching. In post-pandemic era, online teaching in colleges and universities has gradually shifted from “emergency” to “normalcy”. With the unique advantages of integrating information technology and teaching technology, double-channel teaching will take its account in the future law education. Constructing the BOPPPS model of law double-channel teaching system is the foundation and key to build high-quality law course, and also the unavoidable path to realize the information of law education. The model has achieved good effect in the online teaching practice of law in ethnic colleges, and can be widely applied in all law courses. In order to realize the organic integration of the two channels, the legal education of ethnic colleges and universities should continue to explore and innovate from the aspects of teaching ideas, teaching strategies and teaching objectives.
