中文纳入埃及国民教育体系的动因、模式与优化路径

Motivation,Pattern and Optimization Path of Chinese Inclusion into Egypt’s National Education System

中文纳入海外国家国民教育体系是中文全球地位提升的显著标志。埃及将中文纳入国民教育体系,表明中文的学科地位在埃及得到更高认可,中文教育在埃及发展取得重要成效。基于此,从区域国别中文国际传播视角梳理埃及各个教育阶段内中文教育现状。从政治高度互信提供保障、经贸往来频繁提供动力、教育交流提供基础等方面探究中文纳入埃及国民教育体系的动因,从时间和空间两个维度分析中文纳入埃及国民教育体系的模式。在此基础上,提出中文纳入埃及国民教育体系的优化路径:一是协助制定教学大纲、培养优质教师队伍、建设系统化教材体系以促进教学资源与教学实践相匹配;二是提出促进埃及中文教学与就业有效对接、以中文教育服务埃及社会发展需要、提高中文在埃及的语言声誉和地位以实现中文在埃及纳入可持续发展,并发挥埃及纳入对阿拉伯和非洲的区域国别示范作用,促进中文纳入更多海外国家国民教育体系。

The inclusion of Chinese language into the national education system of other countries is a significant symbol of the promotion of Chinese language status globally. Egypt’s inclusion of Chinese into the national education system shows that the discipline status of Chinese has been better recognized in Egypt, and the development of Chinese education has made important achievements in Egypt. Based on this, the article reviews the current situation of Chinese education in various educational stages in Egypt from the perspective of regional, country and international Chinese communication. From the perspective of political mutual trust, frequent economic and trade exchanges, and the basis of China-Egypt educational exchanges, the article explored the motivation of Chinese language learning into the Egyptian national education system, and analyzed the integration of Chinese into Egypt national education system from the dimensions of time and space. On this basis, the optimization path of Chinese inclusion into the Egypt national education system is proposed as follows: first, to assist in formulating the syllabus, train high-quality teachers and build a systematic teaching material system to promote the matching of teaching resources and teaching practices;second, to promote the effective connection of Chinese teaching and employment in Egypt, serving the needs of Egyptian social development with Chinese education, and improving the reputation and status of Chinese language in Egypt so as to realize the sustainable development of Chinese learning in Egypt. Finally, Egypt should play a exemplary role for Arabia and Africa, and promote the inclusion of Chinese into the national education system of other countries.
