摘要
将12份不同地理居群的野生野菊种质移栽至资源圃,于盛花初期对其生物学性状、产量、蒙花苷含量等10个表型进行调查和测定,采用相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析等方法进行数据分析。结果表明,野菊表型遗传多样性指数为2.37~3.57,变异系数为12.84%~125.53%;主成分分析结果显示花心直径、花柄长度、头状花序直径、顶梢头状花序数量为野菊表型多样的主要表现性状;野菊花蒙花苷含量与头状花序直径、花心直径、舌状花数量、头状花序百粒量、花柄长度呈负相关,与顶梢头状花序数量呈正相关;10个表型可将12份野菊种质聚为4类群,野菊表型变异与地理无明显相关性。
C.indicum germplasms from different geographical populations were transplanted into the resource garden,10 phenotypes such as biological characters,yield,and linarin content were investigated and determined at the early flowering stage,and correlation analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis and other methods were used for data analysis.The results showed that the genetic diversity index and coefficient of variation of C.indicum phenotypes was 2.37-3.57,12.84%-125.53%,respectively.The results of principal component analysis showed that the diameter of the flower center,the length of the flower stalk,the capitulum diameter,and the number of the tip capitulum were the main characteristics of the phenotype of C.indicum;Linarin content of C.indicum germplasms was negatively correlated with the capitulum diameter,the diameter of the flower center,the number of ligulate flowers,the capitulum weight and the length of the flower stalk,and was positively correlated with the number of the apical flower head.The twelve C.indicum germplasm could be divided into 4 group by their phenotypes,and there was no significant relationship between phenotypes and geographical distribution of C.indicum.
