Investigation and Analysis on the Effectiveness of Agricultural Supply Side Reform

农业供给侧结构性改革推进数年,取得一定成果。研究汇总各级政府机构统计报告,查阅政府和行业企业数据网站,采集大量数据,综合统计分析,从农业产业、基础设施建设、数字化进程、农业电商、农业新经济新业态、农产品外贸、农业服务机制、农民生活水平8个方面总结农业供给侧结构性改革的成效。最后,指出了存在的问题,提出进一步深化农业供给侧结构性改革的建议。

The agricultural supply side reform had been promoted for several years and achieved certain results.We summarized the statistical reports of various government agencies,consulted the data websites of governments and enterprises in various industries,collected a large amount of data,summarized statistical analysis,and divided it into eight directions of agricultural production industry,agricultural infrastructure construction,digital information process,rural e-commerce,new agricultural economy and new business forms,foreign trade of agricultural products,agricultural service mechanism and farmers’living standards.We comprehensively summarized the results of agricultural supply side structural reform,pointed out the existing problems,and put forward some suggestions on further deepening agricultural supply side reform.
