摘要
乡村振兴需要大量高技能劳动者,农村存在许多青壮年劳动力急需职业培训。传统的农村劳动力培训主要服务于转移就业,较少着眼于农村产业和社会发展需要。为实施乡村振兴战略,缩减城乡差距,政府和教育、农业等部门应统筹谋划、顶层设计,精准定位农村劳动力培训功能,衔接产业规划,融合培训模式,完善信息管理,健全激励政策,实现农村劳动力职业化,增强乡村振兴的发展动力。
Rural revitalization requires a large number of high-skilled laborers,and many young and middle-aged laborers in rural areas are in urgent need of vocational training.Traditional rural labor training mainly serves the transfer of employment,and less attention is paid to the needs of rural industry and social development.In order to implement the rural revitalization strategy and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,the government,education,agriculture and other departments should make overall planning and top-level design,accurately locate the function of rural labor training,link industrial planning,integrate training models,improve information management,and improve incentive policies to achieve rural labor force.Professionalization,enhance the development momentum of rural revitalization.
