永磁同步电机无传感器控制及在线参数辨识

摘要 针对传统永磁同步电机闭环控制系统存在体积大、成本高、可靠性低等缺点,提出了一种无传感器的闭环控制系统和电机参数在线辨识方法。在建立永磁同步电机两相静止坐标系模型的基础上,设计滑膜电流观测器估算电机的位置和角速度;考虑到电机运行过程中内部环境变化会导致电机参数变化,又设计了一种带遗忘因子的递推最小二乘法的电机参数在线辨识。仿真结果表明:该组合系统能快速、准确地预估出电机的位置角度和转速,并对电机的定子电阻和电感有较高的辨识精度,能够满足永磁同步电机无传感器控制的需求。 In view of the shortcomings of the traditional closed-loop control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor,such as large volume,high cost and low reliability,a sensorless closed-loop control system and an online identification method of motor parameters are proposed.Based on the two-phase static coordinate system model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,a synovial current observer is designed to estimate the position and angular velocity of the motor;Considering that the change of internal environment will lead to the change of motor parameters during the operation of the motor,a recursive least square method with forgetting factor is designed for the on-line identification of motor parameters.The simulation results show that the combined system can quickly and accurately predict the position angle and speed of the motor,and has high identification accuracy for the stator resistance and inductance of the motor.It can meet the requirements of sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
