高压变频器在国锦煤电的实践分析

Practical Analysis of High Voltage Inverter in Guojin Coal Power

本文介绍了2019年到2022年间,山西国锦煤电有限公司分五批次,使用三个国产变频器厂家,对一、二次风机、给水泵共计14台高压电机进行的变频改造。通过对改造前方案、改造后的运行情况及节能情况的分析,总结了公司在变频改造全过程的选择和思考,为发电厂重要高压辅机变频改造的方案选择及变频设备厂家技术优化提供参考。

This article introduces the frequency conversion transformation of Shanxi Guojin Coal and Electricity Co.,Ltd.in five batches from 2019 to 2022,using three domestic frequency converter manufacturers,and a total of 14 high-voltage motors for primary,secondary fans and feed pumps.Through the analysis of the plan before the transformation,the operation situation after the transformation and the energy saving situation,the company’s selection and thinking in the whole process of the frequency conversion transformation is summarized,which provides a reference for the selection of the frequency conversion transformation scheme of the important high-voltage auxiliary equipment of the power plant and the technical optimization of the frequency conversion equipment manufacturers.
