摘要
浮式作业装置是一种在漂浮或半潜状态下作业的非自航驳船式装置,纵向强度试验是检验其在设计弯矩下的总纵强度和船体结构变形情况的重要试验。以32000 t举力的浮式作业装置为例,结合纵向强度试验的流程,重点阐述试验过程中的精度控制要点和试验结果分析,从而获得更准确的试验结果,为今后该浮式作业装置服务作业的开展提供可靠的数据支撑。
Floating operation unit is a non-self-propelled barge used in the floating or semi-submerged operation,while the longitudinal strength test is one of the most important tests to verify the longitudinal strength and the hull structural deflection under design bending moment.A floating operation unit of 32000 t lifting capacity is taken as the example to elaborate the key points of accuracy control and analysis result based on the longitudinal strength test process for the purpose of obtaining more accurate test results that can provide more reliable data support for the future operation of the unit.
