船舶海水淡化二级反渗透深度处理试验

摘要 在船舶供水方面,一级反渗透装置能将TDS(Total Dissolved Solids)约为35000 mg/L的海水转化为TDS为200~800 mg/L的淡化水,其中钠离子的含量高于50 mg/L,饮用时会有味道,且该装置在海水淡化方面存在脱硼效果不好的问题,远洋船舶采用该装置供水存在一定的健康风险。对此,搭建反渗透海水淡化装置试验平台,模拟实船条件,在其他影响因素不变的情况下,观察操作压力和浓水回流对二级反渗透装置产水流量和产水TDS的影响。试验结果表明:操作压力与产水流量之间存在正相关关系,对产水TDS的质量浓度基本上没影响;浓水回流量对产水流量和产水TDS的影响很小。此外,比较一级反渗透与二级反渗透的脱硼效果,说明二级反渗透在保障饮用水安全方面的重要性。 In terms of ship water supply,the first-stage reverse osmosis device can convert the seawater with the total dissolved solids(TDS)of 35000 mg/L into desalinated water with a TDS of 200~800 mg/L,of which the content of sodium ion is higher than 50 mg/L.It tastes when drinking and the device has the problem of poor boron removal effect in seawater desalination.Obviously,there are certain health risks in using such device to supply water for ocean-going ships.In this regard,a test platform of reverse osmosis seawater desalination device is built to simulate the real ship conditions.The effects of operating pressure and concentrated water return acting on the water production flow and TDS of the secondary reverse osmosis device are observed under the condition that other influencing factors remain unchanged.The results show that there is a positive correlation between the operating pressure and the produced water flow,which has no effect on the TDS concentration of the produced water,while the concentrated water reflux has little effect on the TDS and the produced water flow.Moreover,the comparison of boron removal effect between the first-stage reverse osmosis and secondary reverse osmosis shows the necessity of secondary reverse osmosis for drinking water safety.
