钻井船DP3控制系统构架浅析

摘要 以某大型钻井船的动力定位(Dynamic Position,DP)控制系统(DP3控制系统)设计为例,根据规范的要求和系统的功能进行DP3控制系统设备布置。在充分把握DP3控制系统框架的4个层级的基础上,分析系统的供电和接入船舶控制网络系统的接口等方面存在的实际问题,重点研判该系统在冗余性和安全性方面的要求。分析认为:在设计DP3控制系统时,需深入了解规范的要求,提前规划布置,搭建框架,优化系统,从多个方面确保船舶高效、稳定地开展作业。 The design of dynamic positioning 3(DP3)control system for a large drillship is taken as the example in proposing the equipment layout of the control system according to the Rules and system functions.The problems existing in the power supply of the system and the interface with the ship control network system are analyzed on the base of well understanding the four framework levels of DP3 control system,where the focus is laid on the study of the requirements on redundancy and safety of the system.The analysis shows that it is necessary to well understand the requirements of the Rules when designing a DP3 control system,to plan and arrange in advance,to build a framework and to optimize the system,so as to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the ship from various aspects.
