摘要
机械工程前沿技术的快速发展为实现船舶全流程三维(3-Dimension,3D)一体化设计提供了可能,但受传统开发流程和模式的影响,完全实现基于3D模型的船舶并行协同设计存在诸多挑战。对此,深入研究船舶3D一体化设计平台的核心特征和系统构成,系统阐述该平台的数据层、业务支撑层、业务应用层和数据安全层等各层的核心功能和构建过程,分享成功的实船应用案例和对平台拓展应用的思考,供业内人士参考。
The rapid development of advanced mechanical engineering technologies has provided the possibility of realizing the integrated 3D ship design throughout the whole design process.But there are many challenges for the full realization of concurrent collaborative design based on 3D model as affected by the traditional development process and mode.To address the issue,this study goes deeply into the core features and system composition of the ship 3D integrated platform and elaborates systematically the core functions and construction of the data layer,task support layer,task application layer and data safety layer of the design platform,and shares the successful application case on a real ship along with the comments for further development of the platform to provide reference for the industry peers.
