In order to promote lean management in shipyards,a ship building supply chain performance indicator system in terms of effectiveness and efficiency is established by analyzing the existing traditional supply chain performance measurement based on the management of key marine materials and equipment under the background of shipbuilding supply chain management.It helps the shipyard to strengthen the process control of shipbuilding supply chain management,and continuously optimize the supply chain performance,so as to improve the supply chain management level and increase the competition ability of shipbuilding companies.
