摘要 针对沙坪煤矿13103工作面硫化氢严重超限问题,结合数值模拟及现场分析等手段,提出了钻孔注碱的方法治理工作面中的硫化氢,确定沙坪矿13103工作面注碱相关参数并进行了现场试验。研究结果表明:注碱后13103工作面巷道风流中硫化氢浓度由0.032‰降至0.003‰左右,且回采时硫化氢浓度稳定在0.003‰左右,表明煤层注碱可以有效治理硫化氢超限,满足工作面安全生产的要求。 Aiming at the serious over-run of hydrogen sulfide in 13103 working face of Shaping Coal Mine,numerical simulation and on-site analysis were carried out,and the drilling alkali injection was proposed to control the hydrogen sulfide in the working face,and the relevant parameters of alkali injection were determined and field tests were carried out.The result showed that,hydrogen sulfide concentration in the air flow decreased from 0.032‰ to about 0.003‰,and the hydrogen sulfide concentration was stable at about 0.003‰ during mining,indicating that coal seam alkali injection was effectively for hydrogen sulfide control.
