摘要
为了加强煤层底板突水监测预警和制定工作面底板水害防治措施,针对工作面底板各场特点,设计了一种基于光纤光栅多参数传感的煤层底板突水监测系统,介绍了光纤光栅传感技术原理以及数据处理,设计了串并联相结合的多路复用光纤光栅传感监测系统和检测方法,经测试,该系统稳定可靠、精度高(波长测量精度可达1pm)。通过将该系统应用于煤层底板监测,测前准备与传统系统相近,测量过程简单高效,测量结果可靠。结果表明基于光纤光栅传感监测系统为煤层底板突水监测提供了装备支撑,对煤层底板突水灾害预防具有重要的科学和现实意义。
In order to strengthen the monitoring and early warning of coal seam floor water inrush and formulate water hazard prevention measures for working face floor,according to the characteristics of each field of working face floor,a coal seam floor water inrush monitoring system based on fiber grating multi-parameter sensing is designed,the principle of fiber grating sensing and data processing technology are introduced.A series and parallel multiplexed fiber grating sensing monitoring system and detection method are designed.According to the test results,the system is stable and reliable with high accuracy(wavelength measurement accuracy can reach 1 pm).By applying the system to coal seam floor monitoring,the preparation before measurement is similar to the traditional system,the measurement process is simple and efficient,and the measurement results are reliable.The results show that the fiber grating sensor monitoring system provides equipment support for coal floor water inrush monitoring and has important scientific and practical significance for the prevention of coal floor water inrush disaster.
