基于弹性弦模型的弛张筛面运动规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 考虑重载下的弛张筛面处于张紧状态,忽略筛面运动在宽度方向的差异,对一端驱动的水平弛张筛面建立了弹性弦模型,推导了筛面的横向振动微分方程。使用数值法求解振动微分方程,在筛长方向布置五个检测点,将计算结果和有限元软件ABAQUS模拟结果对比,发现各个检测点计算和模拟的位移时程曲线之间相对误差较小,横向运动周期和激励周期接近相等;在筛面中点处,计算周期和模拟周期的相对误差不超过0.2%;取筛面中点十个周期的平均振幅对比,发现相对误差不超过12.8%,该数据验证了弹性弦模型分析重载下弛张筛面横向运动的可行性和准确性。 Considering that the flip-flow screen panel under heavy load is in tension,and ignoring the difference of the screen panel movement in the width direction,an elastic string model is established for the horizontal flip-flow screen panel driven by one end.Furthermore,the differential equation of the screen panel lateral vibration is derived.Numerical method is used to solve the vibration differential equation,with five detection points arranged along the length direction of the screen panel.The calculation results are compared with the simulation results of ABAQUS software,and it is found that the relative error between the calculated and simulated displacement and time curve of each detection point is small,and the lateral movement period is approximately equal to the excitation period;at the midpoint of the screen panel,the relative error between the calculation period and the simulation period is within 0.2%;the average amplitude of ten cycles at the midpoint of the screen panel are compared,and the relative error is within 12.8%,which verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the elastic string model in analyzing the lateral movement of flip-flow screen panel under heavy load.
