舒适护理在继发性高血压并发脑出血护理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Comfort Nursing in the Nursing of Secondary Hypertension Complicated with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的 探究舒适护理在继发性高血压并发脑出血护理中的应用效果,以便为该病的护理提供有效的指导依据。方法 将2018年12月至2019年12月到我院治疗的继发性高血压并发脑出血患者作为研究对象,其中选择通过常规护理干预的56例患者作为对照组,另外选择经过舒适护理干预的56例患者作为观察组。比较两组患者经过不同护理以后的舒适度、护理前后的焦虑抑郁情绪、并发症发生率、生活质量、满意度等。结果 (1)观察组(52例,占92.86%)的护理舒适度相比对照组(46例,占82.14%)更高(P <0.05)。(2)护理前,两组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑情绪和汉密尔顿抑郁情绪量表评分无差异(P> 0.05),护理后,观察组的上述两项评分改善效果比对照组更理想(P <0.05)。(3)观察组(4例,占7.14%)的并发症发生率与对照组(13例,占23.21%)相比明显更低(P <0.05)。(4)护理前,两组患者的SF-36简明生活质量量表评分之间没有明显的差异(P> 0.05);护理后,观察组的此项评分改善更加理想(P <0.05)。(5)观察组(53例,占94.64%)患者的满意度相比对照组(46例,占82.14%)更高(P <0.05)。结论 在继发性高血压并发脑出血患者中实施舒适护理干预,能够显著改善患者症状,促使其生活质量的显著上升,并发症率会明显下降,护理满意率得到较好的提升。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in the nursing of secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage,so as to provide effective guidance for the nursing of this disease.Methods During the time period from December 2018 to December 2019,56 patients with secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital were selected as the experimental group and given comfortable nursing;56 cases of secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected.The patients served as the control group and received routine nursing care.The two groups of patients were compared in terms of comfort,anxiety and depression before and after treatment,incidence of complications,quality of life,and satisfaction after different nursing care.Results(1)The nursing comfort of the observation group(52 cases,accounting for 92.86%)was higher than that of the control group(46 cases,accounting for 82.14%)(P<0.05).(2)Before nursing,there was no difference in the scores of Hamilton anxiety and Hamilton depression scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the improvement effect of the above two scores in the observation group was more ideal than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The incidence of complications in the observation group(4 cases,accounting for 7.14%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(13 cases,accounting for 23.21%)(P<0.05).(4)Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of SF-36 brief quality of life scale between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the improvement of this score in the observation group was more ideal(P<0.05).(5)The satisfaction of patients in the observation group(53 cases,accounting for 94.64%)was higher than that in the control group(46 cases,accounting for 82.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention in patients with secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,promote a significant increase in their quality of life,significantly reduce the complication rate,and improve the nursing satisfaction rate.
