PDCA管理配合预防性护理干预对手术室护理质量提升的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of PDCA Management Combined with Preventive Nursing Intervention in Improving Nursing Quality in Operating Room

目的 探讨PDCA管理配合预防性护理干预对手术室护理质量提升的临床价值。方法 选取2021年1月至2021年12月在山东省公共卫生临床中心住院的患者作为研究对象。2021年1月至2021年6月实施常规护理的患者为对照组,2021年7月至2021年12月采用PDCA循环结合护理辨证干预的70例患者为干预组。对照组给予常规护理,干预组患者给予PDCA管理配合预防性护理干预,比较两组患者的专业能力和手术室综合素质得分。护理人员的操作能力包括基础护理操作、急救物品管理和护理文件记录。总分是100分,分数越高,职业能力越强;手术室综合质量得分包括护理文件管理(5分)、护理文书(5分)、人文关怀(5分)、教学培训管理(15分)、药品器械管理(10分)、环境管理(10分)、手术配合保障(10分),急救物品(20分)和医院感染控制(20分)。总分是100分,分数越高,综合素质越高。结果 干预组护士操作能力及手术室综合质量评分均高于对照组,差异有显著性(均P <0.05)。结论 PDCA模式在手术室护理质量中的应用效果良好,可以提高护士的操作能力和手术室的综合素质。

Objective To explore the clinical value of PDCA management combined with preventive nursing intervention in improving the nursing quality of operating room.Methods Seventy patients hospitalized in Shandong Public Health Clinical Center from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research object.From January 2021 to June 2021,the routine nursing group was the control group.From July 2021 to December 2021,70 cases in the PDCA cycle combined with nursing syndrome differentiation intervention group were used.The control group implemented the routine nursing intervention mode.The patients in the intervention group were given PDCA circulation combined with preventive nursing intervention.The scores of professional ability and comprehensive quality of operating room were compared between the two groups.The operation ability of nursing staff includes basic nursing operation,first-aid article management and nursing document record.The total score is 100.The higher the score,the stronger the professional ability.The comprehensive quality scores of the operating room include nursing document management(5 points),nursing documents(5 points),humanistic care(5 points),teaching and training management(15 points),drug and equipment management(10 points),environmental management(10 points),surgical cooperation support(10 points),first-aid supplies(20 points)and nosocomial infection control(20 points).The total score is 100.The higher the score,the higher the comprehensive quality.Results The nursing operation ability and comprehensive quality score of operating room in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PDCA mode in the nursing quality of operating room is good,which can improve the operation ability of nurses and the comprehensive quality of operating room.
