摘要
目的 探讨CT技术应用于肺癌患者预测外周中心静脉置管置入长度的价值研究。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年1月在辽阳市结核病医院CT室的80例肺癌患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对两组肺癌患者均采用从穿刺点测量至右胸锁关节的距离来预测外周中心静脉置管置入长度。对照组40例在此基础上加用向下反折至第四肋间预测外周中心静脉置管置入长度;试验组40例肺癌患者在此基础上加用CT技术应用于胸锁关节到心脏阴影右上缘的垂直距离来预测外周中心静脉置管置入长度,比较两组肺癌患者术中外周中心静脉置管置入一次到位率、患者满意度及机械性静脉炎人数。结果 试验组肺癌患者术中外周中心静脉置管置入一次到位率以及患者满意度高于对照组肺癌患者(P <0.05),试验组机械性静脉炎人数低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对肺癌患者来说,在常规测量基础上加用CT技术应用于胸锁关节到心脏阴影右上缘的垂直距离来预测外周中心静脉置管置入长度的效果较好,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the value of CT technique in predicting the length of peripheral central venous catheterization in patients with lung cancer.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020 in CT Room,Liaoyang Tuberculosis Hospital of 80 cases of patients with lung cancer,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The distance from the puncture point to the right sternoclavicular joint was used to predict the length of peripheral central venous catheterization in both groups of lung cancer patients,and the traditional clinical measurement method was used to predict the length of peripheral central venous catheterization in 40 lung cancer patients in the control group.On this basis,40 patients with lung cancer in the experimental group were applied with CT technology to predict the placement length of peripheral central vein catheterization by applying the vertical distance from the sternoclavicular joint to the right upper edge of the heart shadow.The one-time placement rate of peripheral central vein catheterization,patient satisfaction and the number of phlebitis were compared between the two groups of lung cancer patients.Results The one-time placement rate and patient satisfaction of peripheral central venous catheterization in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of phlebitis in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with lung cancer,the vertical distance from the sternoclavicular joint to the right upper margin of the heart shadow with CT technique is a good predictor of the length of peripheral central venous catheterization.
