颅内动脉瘤栓塞的手术配合与护理体会

Surgical Cooperation and Nursing Experience of Intracranial Aneurysm Embolization

目的 探究颅内动脉瘤栓塞手术治疗患者实施手术配合与护理的临床干预效果及对预后的影响。方法 本次总计将78例患者纳入试验研究范围,这些患者均是从本院收治的颅内动脉瘤患者中随机抽取的,入组对象均接受血管内栓塞手术治疗,研究时间为2019年1月至2020年1月。采用等量数字随机方式进行分组,各39例。分别采用手术配合与护理(试验组,n=39)及常规护理(对照组,n=39)对患者进行干预,对比分析不同护理干预方式的临床应用效果差异。结果 试验组发生脑缺血、脑血管痉挛、穿刺部位血肿及动脉瘤再次破裂的并发症发生概率(2.56%)显著低于对照组(20.51%),试验组患者及家属的满意程度(97.44%)显著高于对照组(76.92%),各项差异显著,P <0.05。结论 采用手术配合与护理方式对患者干预,有利于降低颅内动脉瘤栓塞治疗患者并发症发生概率,缩短手术时间,促进机体术后尽快康复,可提升患者对护理工作的满意程度,应用价值显著,该方法值得在临床汇总并进一步推广及运用。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical intervention and prognosis of patients undergoing surgical cooperation and nursing for intracranial aneurysm embolization.Methods A total of 78 cases were included in the scope of the experimental study,all of which were randomly selected from the patients with intracranial aneurysm admitted to this hospital.All subjects in the group received endovascular embolization surgery,and were included from January 2019 to January 2020.Randomly grouped with equal numbers of numbers,each with 39 cases.Surgical cooperation and nursing(experimental group,n=39)and conventional nursing(control group,n=39)were used for nursing intervention respectively,and the differences in clinical application effects of different nursing intervention methods were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of complications of cerebral ischemia,cerebral vasospasm,puncture site hematoma and re-rupture of aneurysm in the experimental group was 2.56%significantly lower than that of the control group(20.51%),and the satisfaction degree of patients and their families in the experimental group was 97.44%significantly higher than that of the control group(76.92%),the difference is significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The use of surgical cooperation and nursing methods to intervene patients is beneficial to reduce the probability of complications in patients undergoing intracranial aneurysm embolization,shorten the operation time and promote recovery as soon as possible after surgery,and can improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work.The application value is significant in clinical practice,summarize and further promote and use.
