预见性护理在脑血管介入术中护理中的作用

The Role of Predictive Nursing in Cerebrovascular Intervention

目的 分析将预见性护理用于脑血管介入术中护理中的应用价值。方法 通过计算机系统随机选择我院2019年9月至2021年9月内收治的60例需采取脑血管介入术治疗的患者为本次研究对象,并以术中通过护理措施差异分为常规组(n=30例)和预见组(n=30例),其中常规组患者给予常规术中护理,而预见组患者给予预见性护理管理,对比分析两组患者术后并发症发生率(尿潴留、皮下血肿、再出血、感染)、康复锻炼依从性优良率、术后各项临床指标(ICU入住率、置管时长、卧床时长、住院时长)及患者对护理服务的满意度。结果 常规组患者术后并发症发生率显著高于预见组(P <0.05),康复锻炼依从性及护理满意度显著低于预见组(P <0.05)。常规组患者ICU入住率、置管时长、卧床时长、住院时长等临床指标均显著高于预见组(P <0.05)。结论 将预见性护理服务用于脑血管介入术治疗患者的术中护理中,可有效降低患者术后并发症发生率及提高康复锻炼依从性,这对改善患者预后及促进患快速康复均具有积极应用价值,并可以此提升患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To analyze the role of predictive nursing in cerebrovascular intervention.Methods Via computer system randomly selected 60 patients who needed cerebrovascular interventional treatment in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 as the research objects,and divided them into the routine group(n=30 cases)and the predictive group(n=30 cases),of which patients in the routine group were given routine intraoperative care,while patients in the foreseeable group were given predictive care management.The incidence of postoperative complications(urinary retention,subcutaneous hematoma,rebleeding,infection),rehabilitation exercise compliance rate,postoperative clinical indicators(ICU occupancy rate,length of intubation,length of time in bed,length of hospital stay)and patient satisfaction with nursing services was compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the routine group was significantly higher than that in the predictive group(P<0.05),and the compliance with rehabilitation exercise and nursing satisfaction were significant it was lower than the predictive group(P<0.05).Clinical indicators such as the ICU occupancy rate,tube placement time,bed rest time,and length of stay in the routine group were significantly higher than those of the predictive group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of predictive nursing services in the intraoperative care of patients undergoing cerebrovascular intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve compliance with rehabilitation exercises.This has positive applications for improving the prognosis of patients and promoting rapid recovery,and can improve patients'satisfaction with nursing services.
