个性化护理干预用于糖尿病患者中的价值分析

Value Analysis of Personalized Nursing Intervention in Diabetic Patients

目的 探讨个性化护理干预在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选入沈阳市于洪区人民医院收治的108例患者为研究对象,时间为2017年4月至2019年7月,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(行传统护理干预)与观察组(行个性化护理干预),每组54例。统计两组护理效果。结果 观察组护理满意度96.30%高于对照组75.93%(P <0.05)。护理前,两组血糖值、血脂水平、SAS评分、SDS评分、生活质量评分无差异(P> 0.05)。护理后,观察组血糖值低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组血脂水平低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 糖尿病患者实施个性化护理干预,可稳定血糖水平,降低血脂,同时消除不良情绪,提升生活质量和护理质量提高。

Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing intervention in the care of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 108 patients in Shenyang Yuhong District People's Hospital were selected from April 2017 to July 2019 and divided into control group(traditional nursing intervention)and observation group(personalized nursing intervention)by random number table method,54 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was counted.Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 96.30%higher than 75.93%of control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no differences in blood glucose,blood lipid levels,SAS score,SDS score and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,blood glucose in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The serum lipid level of observation group was lower than that of control group,P<0.05.SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized nursing intervention for diabetic patients can stabilize blood glucose levels,reduce blood lipids,eliminate bad emotions,improve the quality of life and improve the quality of care.
