摘要
绿色建造水平的提升是推动装配式建筑可持续发展的主要驱动力。但由于现阶段装配式建筑领域绿色建造评价体系尚不完善,相关评价标准仍处于空白阶段,导致无法对其建造过程进行评价,建造质量良莠不齐。本文从装配式建筑的自身特点出发,对装配式建筑绿色建造评价指标及体系展开研究,构建装配化水平、资源节约、环境保护及人员健康、综合效益四大评价指标,形成较为系统和科学的评价体系。
The improvement of green construction level is the main driving force to promote the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings. However, due to the current green construction evaluation system of prefabricated buildings is not perfect, relevant evaluation standards are still in the blank stage, leading to the inability to evaluate the construction process, and the construction quality is uneven. Based on the characteristics of prefabricated buildings, the evaluation index and system of prefabricated buildings’ green construction are studied, four evaluation indexes of assembly level, resource conservation, environmental protection, human health and comprehensive benefit are established, and a more systematic and scientific evaluation system is formed.
