Porel纤维吸放湿性能及机理研究

摘要 为研究Porel纤维吸放湿机理,观察了Porel纤维及Coolmax纤维、普通聚酯纤维的纵横截面及纤维的红外光谱图;测试了3种纤维在标准大气下的吸放湿性能,绘制了纤维的吸放湿曲线,推导出吸湿和放湿速率回归方程;同时分析了3种纤维的吸湿动力学性能,得到纤维的吸湿动力学方程。结果表明:Porel纤维横截面呈椭圆形,内部中空结构,含有更多的-OH亲水基团;与Coolmax纤维、普通聚酯纤维相比,Porel纤维具有更好的吸放湿性能,其吸湿回潮率为0.84%,放湿回潮率为1.20%;3种纤维的吸放湿速率呈指数曲线衰减。在标准状态下Porel纤维的吸水量最大,达到9.5 g/kg;3种纤维的吸水性能符合准二级动力学方程,吸水机理以物理吸附为主。认为:相较于Coolmax纤维、普通聚酯纤维,Porel纤维吸放湿性能优异,仿棉效果佳。 In order to study moisture absorption and liberation theory of Porel fibers,vertical and horizontal cross section of Porel fiber,Coolmax fiber and common polyester fiber and fiber infrared spectrogram were observed.Moisture absorption and liberation property of three kinds of fiber in normal atmosphere were tested.Fiber moisture absorption and liberation regression curve were drawn.Moisture absorption and moisture liberation speed regression equation were derived.Meanwhile moisture absorption dynamics property of three kinds of fibers were analyzed,fiber moisture absorption dynamics equation was obtained.Test results showed that cross section of Porel fiber was oval.It showed hollow structure inside. And it had more —OH hydrophilic group. Compared with Coolmax fiber and common polyester fiber,Porel fiber had better moisture absorption and liberation.Its moisture absorption regain was0.84%,moisture liberation regain was 1.20%. Moisture absorption and liberation rates of three fibers showed exponential curve attenuation.In standard condition,water absorption amount of Porel fiber was the largest,which was reached 9.5 g/kg. Water absorption properties of three fibers accorded with pseudo-second order kinetic equation,water absorption theory was mainly physical absorption. It is considered that moisture absorption and liberation property of Porel fiber was excellent compared with Coolmax fiber and common polyester fiber.Its cottonlike effect was better.
