摘要
探讨浸轧法荧光棉纱的制备工艺,并对其进行相关性能测试。通过研究整理剂水性聚氨酯的用量,对利用不同水性聚氨酯用量所制备的产品进行荧光光谱分析、纱线强力测试、耐水洗牢度测试来优选制备工艺。结果表明:荧光素质量分数0.1%,水性聚氨酯质量分数50%为较优制备工艺,此时荧光棉纱在荧光显微镜下可以清晰地看到荧光素均匀地附着在纱线上;纱线在经过水洗30 min后,其荧光强度仍能保持在225左右,在使用范围内。认为:在同等荧光素质量分数下,水性聚氨酯质量分数直接影响荧光棉纱荧光效果、力学性能以及耐水洗性能。
Preparation process of fluorescent cotton yarn by dipping treatment was discussed,the related property tests were carried out. By studying the amount of waterborne polyurethane finishing agent,fluorescence spectrum analysis,yarn strength test and washing resistance test were carried out on the products prepared by different amounts of waterborne polyurethane to optimize the best preparation process. The results showed that fluorescein mass fraction 0.1% and waterborne polyurethane mass fraction 50% were better optimal preparation process. At this time,fluorescent cotton yarn could be clearly seen that the fluorescein was evenly attached on the yarn under the fluorescence microscope.After the yarn was washed 30 min,the fluorescence intensity could still be maintained at about 225,which was in the scope of use. It is considered that under the same mass fraction of fluorescein,mass fraction of waterborne polyurethane directly affects the fluorescence effect,mechanical properties and washing resistance of fluorescent cotton yarn.
