壳聚糖纳米纤维制备及在皮肤创面修复的应用

摘要 综述壳聚糖纳米纤维的制备及在皮肤创面修复的研究应用现状。概括了静电纺壳聚糖纳米纤维的制备方法,从物理、化学和离子交联3个方面总结了近年来壳聚糖纤维的改性技术,介绍了改性后壳聚糖纳米纤维在抗菌纤维、止血敷料、促血管化、免疫调控等生物医学领域的研究应用进展。认为:物理、化学和离子交联后的静电纺壳聚糖纤维具有高比表面积、多孔性、良好的机械性能和在水环境中稳定的特点,在皮肤创面修复领域中可广泛应用。 Preparation of chitosan nanofiber,research & application status of chitosan nanofiber in skin wound repair were reviewed. Preparation method of electrospinning chitosan nanofiber was summarized,modification technology of chitosan fibers in recent years was summarized from aspects of physical,chemical and ionic crosslinking. The research and application progress of modified chitosan nanofibers in biomedical fields such as antibacterial fiber,hemostatic dressing,vascularization promotion and immune regulation were introduced. It is considered that electrospinning chitosan fibers after physical,chemical and ionic cross-linking have characteristics of higher specific surface area,porosity,better mechanical property and stability in water environment,which can be widely used in the field of skin wound repair.
