生态系统视角下大学生创业意愿的影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 大学生创业意愿的既有研究较多地关注创新创业教育学校层面的投入、个体层面的人格特质和家庭层面的从商经历等对大学生创业选择的影响,忽视了社会文化环境对大学生创业意愿的影响。通过对应用型本科院校大学生的问卷调查分析发现,朋辈的创业行为、自身的社团参与情况和家庭支持力度对大学生创业具有显著的正向影响。因而针对坚持参与社团和家庭支持力度较大的学生进行重点培养具有重要的现实价值。同时,广泛宣传大学生创新创业的典范,以点带面,以同辈群体的榜样效应激励大学生参与创业同样具有重要的价值。 In the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has been carried out in full swing for many years, but the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education is still unsatisfactory. The existing research on college students’ entrepreneurial willingness focuses on the influence of school level variables such as the investment in innovation and entrepreneurship education, individual level personality traits and family business experience on college students’ entrepreneurial choice, while neglecting the influence of social and cultural environment on college students’ entrepreneurial willingness. Through the questionnaire survey of application-oriented college students, it is found that the entrepreneurial behavior of college students’ peer groups, college students’ association’s participation behavior and family support for their entrepreneurship have a significant positive predictive effect on college students’ entrepreneurial willingness. Therefore, in order to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students, in addition to improving the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education, it is of great practical value to focus on the cultivation of students who insist on participating in students’ associations and whose family support is great. At the same time, it is of great value to widely publicize the model of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship, and encourage college students to participate in entrepreneurship with the example effect of peer groups.
