探索贫困大学生创业意向的性别差异及成因,是识别创业个体优势和障碍的重要基础。基于845份贫困大学生样本的研究结果表明:贫困大学生的创业意向存在显著的性别差异;创业自我效能感在性别与创业意向之间起到部分中介作用,社会支配倾向在这一部分中介模型中起到调节作用;创业自我效能感和创业意向在中、低水平社会支配倾向群体中存在显著的性别差异,在高水平社会支配倾向的贫困大学生群体中不存在显著的性别差异。

Exploring the gender differences of poor college students’ entrepreneurial intention and their causes is an important support for identifying individual advantages and obstacles. A survey of 845 poor college students found that there were significant gender differences in entrepreneurial intention of poor college students. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy of poor college students partially mediated the effect of gender on entrepreneurial intention. Social dominance orientation played a moderating role in this mediation model.Specifically, there were significant gender differences in entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention among poor college students with low and medium social dominance orientation. However, for poor college students with high social dominance orientation, there were no significant gender differences.
