经济高质量发展背景下西藏数字经济发展路径探析

Analysis on the development path of digital economy in Tibet under the background of high-quality development

随着国家发展数字经济战略决策的推进,西藏自治区于2020年出台三套数字经济发展方案规划,开始大力发展数字经济。西藏发展数字经济既有地理环境的先天优势和中央扶持政策的宏观保障,也有地区发展的物质基础。结合新发展理念,通过对西藏数字经济发展短板的有效认知,能够明确西藏在数字化应用、传统产业基础、发展能源、基础设施、公共服务数字化等方面的不足,为地区数字经济发展提供思考,并提出符合地区发展情况的路径建议。

With the promotion of the national strategic decision to develop the digital economy,Tibet Autonomous Region launched three sets of plans for the development of the digital economy in 2020 to vigorously develop the digital economy.The development of digital economy in Tibet not only has the inherent advantages of geographical environment and macro guarantee of central government support policies,but also has the material basis of regional development.This paper combines development concepts,and through effective cognition of the shortcomings of digital economy development in Tibet,to make clear the shortcomings of Tibet in digital application,traditional industrial foundation,energy development,infrastructure and digitalization of public services,thus provide thinking for the development of regional digital economy,and put forward the path of regional development.
