加减柴胡疏肝散联合艾灸治疗在干预强直性脊柱炎患者负性情绪中的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with moxibustion in intervening negative emotions in patients with ankylosing spondylitis

目的探讨加减柴胡疏肝散联合艾灸治疗在干预强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者负面情绪中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月九江市第一人民医院风湿免疫科收治的60例AS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规干预措施,观察组采用加减柴胡疏肝散联合艾灸干预;比较两组患者干预前和干预3个月后的中医证候积分、负面情绪[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]及两组患者干预期间不良反应发生情况。结果干预3个月后,两组患者中医证候积分低于本组干预前,且观察组分数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预3个月后,两组患者的SDS、SAS评分低于本组干预前,且观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预期间,两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论加减柴胡疏肝散联合艾灸干预可减轻AS患者临床症状,改善患者的负面情绪。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with moxibustion in intervening negative emotions in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods A total of 60 AS patients who were treated in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology,Jiujiang No.1 People′s Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,while the observation group was treated with Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with moxibustion.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and negative emotions(self-rating depression scale[SDS]and self-rating anxiety scale[SAS])before intervention and after 3 months of intervention and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the intervention period were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the traditonal Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the score of observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the intervention period,there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with moxibustion can relieve the clinical symptoms of AS patients and improve the negative emotions of patients.
