131Ⅰ Radiation Protection Strategies for Thyroid Diseases

摘要 目的 探究甲状腺疾病患者采用131Ⅰ治疗过程中的辐射防护方式。方法 选取赤峰市医院2019年9月—2021年9月的245例甲亢患者,185例甲癌患者,共430例甲状腺疾病患者,将其作为研究对象。通过随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组两组。对照组采取常规辐射防护管理,观察组则实施优质辐射防护管理。对于两组患者的管理满意度以及辐射所致的并发症发生情况进行对比。结果 通过调查两组患者对于辐射防护的管理满意度情况,观察组的管理满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。而两组辐射防护情况对比,观察组的并发症发生情况同样优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对接受131Ⅰ治疗的甲状腺疾病患者实施优质的辐射防护措施,可以避免患者因辐射出现的并发症,并且能够提高患者的管理满意度,降低了辐射的潜在危害,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。 Objective To explore the radiation protection methods during the 131Ⅰ treatment in patients with thyroid disease. Methods A total of 430 patients with thyroid disease, including 245 patients with hyperthyroidism and 185 patients with thyroid cancer from September 2019 to September 2021 in Chifeng Hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method. The control group was given routine radiation protection management, while the observation group was given high-quality radiation protection management. The management satisfaction and radiation-induced complications were compared between the two groups. Results By investigating the management satisfaction of the two groups of patients with radiation protection, the management satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The comparison of radiation protection between the two groups showed that the incidence of complications in the observation group was also better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Implementing high-quality radiation protection measures for thyroid disease patients receiving 131Ⅰ treatment can avoid the complications of radiation, improve the management satisfaction of patients, and reduce the potential harm of radiation,which has a certain clinical application value.
