线栓法大脑中动脉闭塞性兔脑缺血模型稳定性提升的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 针对提升线栓法大脑中动脉闭塞性兔脑缺血模型的研究。方法 选择40只成年家兔作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,一组实施线栓法大脑中动脉闭塞模型,一组实施假手术大脑中动脉闭塞模型,针对两组家兔的血压、血气、血糖、脑血流情况、神经功能等指标进行监测对比。结果 在本次研究中,线栓法组与假手术组家兔模型制备前的血压、血糖差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),模型制备后线栓法组的血压、血糖与假手术组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);与模型制备前相比,线栓法组变化较小,家兔的血压、血糖稳定性较好。模型制备前两组的血气指标差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),两组模型制备后的血气指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),模型制备后线栓法组的血气指标变化较小,假手术组变化较大,线栓法大脑中动脉闭塞模型更稳定;模型制备前两组的脑部血流指标差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),模型制备后,两组的脑部血流指标差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),与模型制备前相比,假手术组变化较大,线栓法变化较小;在模型制备前两组家兔的神经功能评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),但是模型准备后有两组的神经功能缺损评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与模型制备前相比,线栓法组神经功能缺失评分变化较小。结论 在大脑中动脉闭塞性兔脑缺血模型制备中,采用线栓法对家兔的血压、血糖、血气指标以及脑部血流、神经功能产生的影响较小,稳定性较高,所以在大脑中动脉闭塞性兔脑缺血模型的制备中,可以采用线栓法进行制备研究,为缺血性脑血管疾病的研究提供帮助。 Objective To study the stability of the rabbit cerebral ischemia model with middle cerebral artery occlusion by lifting suture method. Methods A total of 40 adult rabbits were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups. One group was subjected to suture method for middle cerebral artery occlusion model, and the other group was subjected to sham operation for middle cerebral artery occlusion model. Blood gas, blood sugar,cerebral blood flow, neurological function and other indicators in the two groups were monitored and compared. Results In this study, there was no significant difference in blood pressure and blood sugar between the suture method group and the sham operation group before the preparation of the rabbit model(P >0.05). After model preparation, the blood pressure and blood sugar of the suture method group were significantly different from those of the sham operation group(P < 0.05). Compared with before model preparation, the changes in the suture method group were smaller, and the blood pressure and blood sugar stability of the rabbits were better. There was no significant difference in blood gas indexes between the two groups before model preparation(P > 0.05). There was statistical significance in the comparison of blood gas indexes between the two groups after model preparation(P < 0.05). After model preparation,the blood gas indexes in the suture method group changed less,and the sham operation group changed greatly, and the suture method of the middle cerebral artery occlusion model was more stable. There was no significant difference in cerebral blood flow indexes between the two groups before model preparation(P > 0.05). After model preparation, the differences in cerebral blood flow indicators between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with before model preparation,the sham operation group changed greatly, the suture method changed less. There was no significant difference in neurological function scores between the two groups of rabbits before model preparation(P > 0.05). However, after model preparation, there was a statistically significant difference in neurological deficit score between the two groups(P < 0.05). Compared with before model preparation, the neurological deficit score in the suture method group changed less. Conclusion In the preparation of the middle cerebral artery occlusion rabbit cerebral ischemia model, the suture method has little effect on the blood pressure, blood sugar,blood gas indexes, cerebral blood flow and neurological function of the rabbits, and the stability is high. In the preparation of the middle cerebral artery occlusion rabbit cerebral ischemia model, the suture method can be used for preparation and research, which provides help for the research of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
