摘要
目的 探讨基于5M1E分析法和前馈控制管理模式在口腔消毒供应室的应用效果。方法 以中山市人民医院口腔分院口腔消毒供应室作为干预对象进行研究,自2020年1月起对其实施基于5M1E分析法和前馈控制相关管理措施的管理模式,比较消毒供应室新的管理模式实施前(2019年1—12月)和实施后(2020年1—12月)牙科手机高压蒸汽灭菌效果等指标。结果实施后高压蒸汽灭菌后的机头内部金黄色葡萄球菌菌落数与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),实施前后高压蒸汽灭菌对机头表面和内部芽孢的杀灭率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施新的管理模式后口腔消毒供应室各个环节的质量评分,包括包装质量、回收清洗质量、灭菌质量和无菌器械存放质量等均显著高于实施前,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施新管理模式后消毒供应室工作人员的灭菌知识知晓率相比实施前明显升高,手机维修率和更换部件率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实施后比实施前满意度提高,但比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 基于5M1E分析法和前馈控制管理模式能提高口腔消毒供应室应用高压蒸汽器处理牙科手机的灭菌效果,减少损耗率,提升口腔消毒供应室消毒灭菌各环节工作质量,提高工作人员对灭菌知识的知晓率和口腔科临床医师对器械性能的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of 5M1E analysis method and feedforward control management mode in oral disinfection supply room. Methods Taking the oral disinfection supply room of Stomatological Branch of Zhongshan City People’s Hospital as the object of intervention, the management model based on the 5M1E analysis method and feedforward control related management measures were implemented since January 2020.Compared indicators such as the effect of autoclave sterilization of dental handpieces before the implementation of the new management model of the disinfection supply room(January to December 2019) and after the implementation(January to December 2020). Results After the implementation, the number of Staphylococcus aureus colonies in the handpiece after highpressure steam sterilization was significantly different from that before implementation(P < 0.05), and the killing rate of spores on the surface and inside of the handpiece by high-pressure steam sterilization before and after the implementation was compared.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). After the implementation of the new management model, the quality scores of all aspects of the oral disinfection supply room, including packaging quality, recycling and cleaning quality, sterilization quality and sterile instrument storage quality, were significantly higher than those before the implementation, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). After the implementation of the new management mode, the awareness rate of sterilization knowledge of the staff in the disinfection supply room was significantly higher than that before the implementation, and the mobile phone maintenance rate and the replacement parts rate were significantly lower, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate after implementation was higher than that before implementation, but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). Conclusion Based on the 5M1E analysis method and the feedforward control management mode, it can improve the sterilization effect of the dental handpiece treated by the high pressure steamer in the oral disinfection supply room, reduce the wastage rate, improve the work quality of each process of disinfection and sterilization in the oral disinfection supply room, and improve staff awareness of sterilization knowledge and dental clinicians’ satisfaction with device performance.
